LABIOPLASTY

The lip-shaped structures that make up the outer part of the female genital organ are called labia, which means lips in Latin. Labia determine the external appearance of the genitals. These lips may also be deformed with age or structurally. The outer part of the labia is called the labia major (major labia), and the relatively thinner lips located in the inner part are called the labia minor (minor labia). Labioplasty surgery is also an operation to correct and shape the labia from a functional point of view.
Major Labioplasty Surgery
The large lips that make up the outer part of the vagina, which is the female genital organ, usually loosen, empty and sag due to advancing age or too many births. The aesthetic surgery performed to correct these lips is called major labioplasty or labiaplasty. With the procedure, they are usually plumped up, and if they are loosened, they are tightened. One of the frequently applied methods is adipose tissue injections. However, these injections need to be repeated because of the risk of melting of the fats. The more permanent and effective method is to thicken these lips within themselves with a special technique applied without fat injection. Since fat tissue, which is added from the outside and has a risk of melting, is not placed in this surgical technique, the lips are both fuller and taut, and repeated surgical operations are not required because there is no melting and loosening. The plump and tautness of the major labia both makes the genitals look aesthetically good and increases the pleasure felt during sexual intercourse functionally. The appearance and tension of the labia major are among the indispensable elements of sexual surgeries.
Minor Labioplasty Surgery
The small lips proceed from top to bottom as a thinner skin fold between the large lips. They unite in the middle and cover the clitoris like a cover. The color, shape and size of the small lips vary according to race and age. Sometimes they may not protrude outside the large lips, and sometimes they may be so large and loose that they cover almost the entire genital organ. This situation can sometimes affect the woman’s sex life both functionally and psychologically, causing her to become alienated from sexual life. When these lips are larger than normal, they can be seen from clothes such as pants or shorts, which can create discomfort. It can cause pain by getting stuck in between during sexual intercourse. Since it reduces sexual pleasure, it can also cause orgasm problems. Aesthetic plastic surgery operations performed on small lips are called minor labioplasty.
Laser Vaginal Aesthetics
In addition, the tension is increased by tightening the mucosa, ie the inner parts, with laser. Along with labioplasty surgeries, vaginal tightening and hymenoplasty, ie hymen repair, can be performed according to the patient’s needs.
The basis of vaginal aesthetics is the interventions made to the labia. Since labiaplasty surgeries do not affect virginity, they can be performed on everyone, married or single. The surgery is easy and is performed under local anesthesia without putting you to sleep with general anesthesia. No pain is felt during the surgery, it takes about 20-45 minutes depending on the size of the procedure. Since the stitches placed dissolve on their own, there is no need to remove the stitches. It does not prevent childbirth. No visible scar remains after the surgery. It is not understood that the surgery was performed.
After Labioplasty
Bathing can be done after labioplasty surgery, it does not prevent urination. Sexual intercourse is prohibited for 3-6 weeks until healing is complete. It does not require special care, it can be washed with normal soapy lukewarm water.
