Long and straight, that is, column-like legs, are the dream of many women and are one of the most important beauty symbols in the female body.<\/p>\n<p>Having straight and beautiful legs is really important for many women. However, some legs are not straight due to structural bone curvatures and are not genetically straight, and the legs stand crooked outwards. As a result of excessive fat accumulation in the knees and inside the legs, the contour of the legs is distorted and does not stand straight. In some patients, the ankles and calves are thick, causing the leg to look disproportionate.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, many women are hesitant and ashamed to wear skirts or mini skirts. They have difficulty wearing boots, tight trousers and skirts, and in summers, they are ashamed at the beach and sea, and they make this a personality problem. This situation affects the psychology of many young girls and, as a result, causes them to be unhappy.<\/p>\n<p>Leg aesthetics is possible with a simple liposuction, that is, fat removal surgery, by transferring the fat cells taken from the excess areas of the leg to the missing areas of the leg and plumping these areas. In this way, it is ensured that the S-shaped curved and crooked legs stand straighter.<\/p>\n<p>In some more serious cases, these deformities can be corrected by using specially designed silicone prostheses. These prostheses are inserted through 3-4 cm incisions made from behind the knee and placed in the pockets opened in the area where there is a gap in the leg, providing permanent correction.<\/p>\n<p>The surgery is usually performed under local anesthesia. Excess fat in the knees and inside the legs is taken and, after a special procedure, injected into the lower part and inside of the knee. Then, a special stocking is used for about 2-3 weeks to ensure that the fat cells adapt to their new places. Some of the placed fats melt after 6-8 months, but these fats are re-supplemented to try to provide permanent correction.<\/p>\n<h3>Knee Aesthetics<\/h3>\n<p>Knees are also structures that provide aesthetic beauty and integrity in the legs. The problem here, that is, what patients complain about the most, is usually the inward protrusion as a result of excessive fat accumulation in the knees. As a result, ladies cannot wear comfortable long boots and it causes their legs to appear thicker than they are. There may also be sagging and deformities on the upper knees due to aging. All of these can be corrected by completing the missing tissues or reducing the excess tissues.<\/p>\n<h3>Thick Ankles<\/h3>\n<p>In some people, the ankles and the lower parts of the legs are thicker than the upper leg. This situation causes serious aesthetic problems in women, and these patients do not wear skirts at all because they are ashamed and try to cover them with trousers.<\/p>\n<p>Irregularities in the lower parts of the legs are also corrected by fat removal surgery. Usually, thick ankles can be thinned with this surgery. Thin ones can be thickened again with fat tissue injection. However, the reason for the leg thickness must be excessive fat accumulation. The procedures to be performed in muscular legs may vary. The surgery to be performed may contain changes depending on the patient.<\/p>\n<p>The surgery is performed under local or general anesthesia. The procedure is extremely simple and does not take the patient away from their daily life. The procedures usually take about 1 hour.
