Vaginal muscles relax, their normal tension and resistance decrease, and their vaginal control and support functions are impaired. As a result, the vagina relaxes, its inner and outer width increases and sexual pleasure decreases. The relaxation in the walls will also reduce the sexual pleasure that the male sexual partner will feel. The vaginal canal is surgically narrowed and the relaxed muscle structures are corrected.<\/p>\n<h3>Labia (Lips)<\/h3>\n<p>The correction of the labia majora and labia minora, called the large (outer side) and small (inner side) lips, and the pubic area, which form the outer parts of the vagina apart from its function, is for aesthetic purposes. Many women complain about their labia being large and sagging. It does not affect sexual functions, but since the patient will be psychologically happy, sexual success and pleasure will increase. In some cases, when these lips are larger than normal, they can also cause functional delays in orgasm and decreased pleasure, as they will cover the clitoris.<\/p>\n<p>When the labia are smaller and looser than normal, they regain a normal, taut and younger appearance with fat tissue transfer. These are simple daily surgical procedures performed under local anesthesia. Sometimes there is excessive lubrication in the inner legs and the areas in the upper part of the vagina called the pubis. In this case, it is corrected with simple liposuction under local anesthesia.<\/p>\n<h3>Labia Minor Sagging<\/h3>\n<p>Large and sagging inner lips (Labia Minora) protrude asymmetrically downwards and outwards, disrupting the aesthetic appearance and disturbing patients, protruding beyond the outer lips. Many women are uncomfortable with them protruding outwards and do not want to be seen by their partners. It is also uncomfortable while doing sports and wearing trousers. This condition is corrected with a simple surgical procedure and the sagging inner lips regain their normal appearance.<\/p>\n<h3>Labia Majora Relaxation and Sagging<\/h3>\n<p>As with the small lips, large and sagging large outer lips can be reduced under local anesthesia. In addition, the emptying and sagging of their insides due to age and the decrease in fullness tension are corrected again with fat tissue transfer, and the outer large lips are made to look full and taut again.<\/p>\n<h3>Vulvar Lipoplasty<\/h3>\n<p>Contour disorders resulting from excessive fat accumulation in the pubic region, which is one of the components of the vulva area, and the inner legs, can be corrected with simple liposuction procedures as a daily surgical procedure under local anesthesia. With the help of vaginal rejuvenation surgeries combined with abdominoplasty, ie &#8220;tummy tuck surgeries&#8221;, this area is stretched and involuntary urinary incontinence, called stress urinary incontinence, while laughing, sneezing, coughing, doing sports or daily housework such as activities are greatly improved. With tummy tuck surgery, vaginal areas that sag and sag downwards due to birth or aging are stretched and returned to their former place.<\/p>\n<h3>Clitoris Reduction<\/h3>\n<p>The clitoris is also corrected with a simple intervention during these procedures, if desired. The clitoris is not the only orgasm organ. The other orgasm area is the perineal region formed by the pubococcygeous and transverse muscles. With vaginal rejuvenation, the Grafenberg point (G point) located at the top of this region also returns to its normal place.<\/p>\n<p>Surgical treatments are usually performed as daily surgical procedures under local anesthesia.
