Full, round and upright-looking buttocks that completely fill the worn clothes are the most desired body parts of all women today. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, women are now able to actually have the buttocks they tried to make upright and lively by adding pillows under their Victorian-style skirts to their flat, narrow and faint buttocks, and round, upright and full, Brazilian type, Latin type (like Jennifer Lopez, etc.) buttocks are becoming increasingly popular among today&#8217;s women.<\/p>\n<p>However, not everyone can have this type of buttocks from birth, and in this case, the job falls to plastic and aesthetic surgery again. Apart from plastic and aesthetic surgery, some massages and some miracle drugs are sold on the market, but none of them provide a real benefit. Nowadays, many famous or housewives apply to aesthetic plastic surgery to get rid of flat, faint, low and square buttocks. Thanks to advancing technology and plastic aesthetic surgery techniques, this situation is developing in favor of women. However, not only women, but also men with small and faint buttocks today want the same surgery for more shapely buttocks.<\/p>\n<h3>Buttock Lifting and Shaping (Buttock Augmentation)<\/h3>\n<p>How are buttocks evaluated? Buttocks consist of muscle, fat and skin and are supported by bone tissue at the bottom. Shape and contour largely depend on the person&#8217;s bone and muscle structure. However, mainly volume and size depend on the fat ratio. The distribution of this fat is also very important in making the buttock look beautiful. Skin quality is another important element. For the best examination, we can divide the buttock into three main sections. Upper, middle and lower.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Upper Buttock;<\/b> How much fat is in this area and how it is distributed is very important. In a beautiful buttock, the fats in this area should be collected in the back and give sufficient fullness and roundness here. If the fats here are collected on the upper side, it gives a shoulder appearance here and causes the buttock to appear square. Therefore, the fats in this area are taken with liposuction, which is a fat removal technique, corrects the area where liposuction is applied, and fullness is given to the back with fat injection or silicone prosthesis.<\/li>\n<li><b>Middle Buttock;<\/b> Some patients have a dimple and gap in this section, which is called notching. In other words, the middle part looks slightly curved. This is corrected by injecting a small amount of fat tissue and a round, full shape is given here.<\/li>\n<li><b>Lower Buttock;<\/b> This area typically causes the buttocks to appear low and square due to excess fats. Not only fats but also sagging skin here causes this appearance. In the treatment, if there is only a fat problem, liposuction, ie fat removal, and if there is a skin problem, a certain amount of skin removal is applied. Most patients have excess fat. This area does not appear immediately corrected after the surgery due to swelling, but the shape begins to appear when the swelling subsides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What is buttock aesthetics?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Buttock aesthetics, also called gluteoplasty, is an operation that makes the buttocks look fuller, lively and upright. Basically, we can divide buttock aesthetics into three.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buttock augmentation, plumping and shaping<\/li>\n<li>Buttock lifting<\/li>\n<li>Buttock reduction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Buttock pop augmentation, plumping<\/h3>\n<p><b>Buttock pop augmentation plumping with fat injection;<\/b> After the patient&#8217;s buttocks are examined, it is decided what to do with the patient. The best method for enlargement and plumping is to take the fats from the areas where there is excess with liposuction and inject them into the missing and empty areas, ie filling them. In this method, called micro fat graft technique, fat cells are taken with an injector under low pressure with special thin cannulas without damaging them, and after being subjected to a special procedure, they are injected into the missing areas. In this case, since the patient&#8217;s own fat tissue will be used, it will be quite healthy and natural. The disadvantage is that some of these fats are not accepted by the body and are melted, which will cause a decrease in fullness.<\/p>\n<p><b>Buttock pop augmentation plumping with silicone prosthesis;<\/b> In the other application, silicone prosthesis is placed in patients who do not have sufficient fat tissue. The silicone prosthesis is placed between the buttock muscle by entering through an incision made between the buttock cheeks, which is well hidden, so that it will be on the upper part of the buttock. The prosthesis can also be placed under the skin, ie on top of the muscle. This is up to the plastic surgeon&#8217;s decision and preference after evaluating the patient. Thus, since the prosthesis will not come to the sitting area, it will not cause any problems for the patient. The size of this prosthesis varies from patient to patient. Since the prosthesis will not be depleted like fat, there will be no decrease in fullness.<\/p>\n<h3>Butt Lifting<\/h3>\n<p>Sagging and low appearance also occurs in the buttocks due to the decrease and loosening of tissues due to aging or structurally in young ages. Many methods are used together to lift these types of buttocks. The patient&#8217;s skin quality and the structure of the buttock gain importance here. If the skin is severely loosened and sagging, skin sagging is primarily corrected by skin removal. Then, if necessary, prosthesis application can be done. In patients with moderate and good skin quality, fat tissue injection or prosthesis application may be sufficient.<\/p>\n<h3>Buttock Reduction<\/h3>\n<p>Buttocks that are larger than necessary due to weight gain or structurally are reduced and shaped by liposuction, which is again a fat removal technique. By removing the fats in the square shape and usually in the lower parts called the hips and in the upper parts of the buttock, the buttocks are both reduced and round, full-shaped buttocks are made from the square shape.<\/p>\n<p>Silicone prosthesis application is a very safe and risk-free operation when done in expert hands. The operation takes about 45-90 minutes depending on the application to be made. It usually does not require staying in the hospital. After the surgery, he\/she uses a special corset for 3-6 weeks. Recovery is completed in 2-10 days depending on the surgery performed. The swelling of the patient subsides and the buttocks take their full shape in 3-6 months.
